I poked my finger while cutting the gel from electrophoresis, spilled over isopropanol on the counter while doing purification, made the wrong size of the well for electrophoresis, and finally used ampicillin instead of kanamycin for a KAN-resistant bacteria. Hey Guys, sorry to bother ya'll, but I need ideas! URGENT!!
